Yesterday, I had the pleasure of providing musical entertainment at the Gathering Place in Milton, for the Hats off to the Arts event. This spring benefit featured custom-made hats, a lecture on hats (presented by the Rock County Historical Society), cakes shaped like hats and even a custom-made hat competition. Those who came, got to taste the best angel food cake I've ever had, courtesy of Auntie Chris. According to her card you can get one "for a special occasion or just because."
